A non-refundable booking deposit of โน10,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit covers administrative costs, permit processing, and early resource allocation for your yatra.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

In such cases, we will offer a full refund of all amounts paid or a free date change to the next available departure. We are not liable for any additional costs such as flight tickets, hotel stays or visa fees incurred by the traveller.
The Himalayan region is subject to sudden weather changes, roadblocks and landslides โ especially during and after monsoon season (JulyโAugust). If a yatra is interrupted mid-journey due to such events:

Cancellation is effective from the date we receive written confirmation. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ14 business days via the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3โ5 working days depending on your bank.
