Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 — Delhi → Kainchi Dham / Jageshwar Dham → Pithoragarh

Early morning departure from Delhi towards the Kumaon Himalayas. En route visit the sacred Kainchi Dham (Neem Karoli Baba ashram) or the ancient Jageshwar Dham temples — one of the 12 Jyotirlingas — depending on departure timing and road conditions. Continue through pine forests, Himalayan valleys and scenic Kumaon landscapes. Reach Pithoragarh by evening. Overnight Pithoragarh.

Day 2 — Pithoragarh → Dharchula — Permit Formalities

After breakfast, depart for Dharchula — the gateway to Adi Kailash & Om Parvat. Scenic Himalayan drive along the Kali River bordering Nepal. On arrival: complete Inner Line Permit (ILP) formalities, medical verification and documentation. Explore the local Indo-Nepal border market. Overnight Dharchula.

Day 3 — Dharchula → Gunji / Nabi Village (3,500m)

Early morning Nepal border visit followed by a breathtaking drive through Tawaghat, Chialekh Valley, waterfalls and remote Himalayan villages. Witness dramatic mountain roads and untouched Himalayan landscapes. Reach Gunji or Nabi Village. Overnight Gunji / Nabi Village.

Day 4 — Adi Kailash & Parvati Sarovar Darshan at Jolingkong

Early morning departure to Jolingkong (4,420m) for the divine Adi Kailash darshan. Visit the sacred Adi Kailash peak (5,945m), holy Parvati Sarovar lake, Shiva-Parvati Temple and Himalayan glacier landscapes. Experience the profound spiritual energy of Chhota Kailash. Return for overnight stay. Overnight Nabi / Gunji.

Day 5 — Om Parvat Darshan & Lipulekh Viewpoint

Drive towards Nabidhang for the sacred Om Parvat darshan — where the natural ॐ symbol appears beautifully on the mountain at 6,191m. Explore high-altitude Himalayan landscapes and the Om Parvat View Point. If weather and route conditions permit, continue towards the Lipulekh / Kailash View Point region for distant Kailash views. Return by evening. Overnight Gunji / Nabi.

Day 6 — Gunji → Dharchula — Return Journey Begins

Begin the return journey from the high Himalayas towards Dharchula through scenic valleys, waterfalls and mountain roads. Arrive and relax in Dharchula. Enjoy the peaceful Himalayan atmosphere. Overnight Dharchula.

Day 7 — Dharchula → Patal Bhuvneshwar → Gangolihat

After breakfast, depart towards the mystical Patal Bhuvneshwar Cave Temple — the ancient underground limestone cave temple of Lord Shiva, steeped in Kailash mythology. Explore the sacred cave formations and spiritual atmosphere. Continue to Gangolihat for overnight stay. Overnight Gangolihat.

Day 8 — Gangolihat → Haldwani → Delhi — Yatra Concludes

Early morning departure towards Haldwani / Kathgodam through scenic Kumaon roads. Board train or vehicle to Delhi. Arrive Delhi by evening with sacred memories and divine blessings of Adi Kailash. Har Har Mahadev 🕉️
